Watertown Purple Tigers had no trouble on offense today, winning big over McGavock 9-1. Watertown Purple Tigers opened up scoring in the first inning, when Bailey Holden singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run. Ben Vance was the winning pitcher for Watertown. He surrendered one run on two hits over seven innings, striking out seven and walking one. Dunback took the loss for McGavock. He surrendered seven runs on nine hits over four innings, striking out one. Watertown Purple Tigers tallied one home run on the day by Tyler Vastola.  Watertown Purple Tigers had 12 hits in the game. Vastola, Matthew Winfree, Heath Price, and Brandon Allison each had multiple hits. Winfree and Vastola all had three hits to lead Watertown.
